Watermelon & Strawberry drink w/ Mason Jar Lifestyle

All winter long, I dream of summer. I can’t wait for the sun and the heat and spending days soaking up vitamin D. Then, summer comes and the heat rolls in and I find myself dreaming of fall so I can escape the 109 degree weather. Catch 22, right? Anyway, one of my favorite ways to keep cool during the heat and help me love summer again is to drink lots of refreshing fruity drinks!
My go-to drink is a watermelon strawberry slushy type thing and it’s super easy to make: I just throw two cups of watermelon, one cup strawberries, a cup of ice, 1/4 cup of sugar and a tiny squeeze of lemon juice and blend it all together in our ninja blender. Fruity and fresh and perfect for summer. And, it tastes even better in these ADORABLE mason jars, which are perfect for summer picnics and backyard bbq’s.
