Rocksbox Review
One of my February goals was to try a new subscription box and I was super excited to finally try Stitch Fix. A few days after I placed my order, my blogging friend (and sponsor this month) Courtney at The Everyday Elegance posted a review on Rocksbox with a promo code for a free month! So obviously, I had to jump on that right away.
Rocksbox is strictly a jewelry box and has a little bit of a different approach to your regular subscription box. You fill out a style profile (similar to Stitch Fix) and preferences and you pay 19 dollars a month flat. You get a box mailed to you with three pieces of designer jewelry that you can keep as long as you want. When you want to try something new, you just mail back the jewelry in a prepaid envelope and Rocksbox will ship out a new set for you to try. There is no limit to how many times you exchange your jewelry within the month and if you love a piece so much, you can buy it for 20% off the retail price!
I really like this approach to a subscription box because I am always trying to incorporate more jewelry in my life, but have limited funds to what I can buy because we’re trying to get Dustin through school. I can now try really pretty pieces of jewelry for a fraction of the price and change it out as many times as I want!
My first Rocksbox came a few weeks ago and I was so excited about it! I feel like the stylist listened to exactly what I wanted and picked pieces that were a little different but so much fun to try. And, they went perfectly with my Valentine’s Day outfit!
Robyn Rhodes Izzy Ring - Retails for $88.00. Gold and turquoise statement ring that fit perfectly and didn’t overwhelm my hand like I thought it might.
Vanessa Mooney The Diamond Lace Earrings in Gold - Retails for $60.00. These earrings were on my Rocksbox wish list (you can pick different pieces of jewelry you like for them to send!) and I was so excited to get them! I think they are so delicate and pretty!
Gorjana Taner Bar Mini Triple Layer Necklace - Retails for $110.00. I loved this necklace! It is so delicate and intricate.
Rocksbox gave me a limited use promo code for a free month for three of my blogging friends to use! If you want to try it out, use chelsiebff6 when you sign up and let me know how you like it!
What do you think of my rocksbox haul? What is your favorite piece?
Also, my subscription box addiction is steadily growing. What others should I try?
