What’s Up Wednesday v. 3
What I loved about the past week: Losing one more pound while on our 8 week health challenge! Hooray! It’s amazing to actually see some results and I’m making it through Jillian’s core workout without dying!
What I’m looking forward to: Apartment hunting in April! Dustin and I are going to Scottsdale before heading to CA to find an apartment and I’ve been doing a lot of research and setting up tours this last week! I’m excited to find a new place to start the newest chapter of our lives! We’re drooling over a 2 bedroom loft apartment right now and my fingers are crossed that
What I’m nervous about: Finding a new job in Arizona! I know it’s far away, but I really want to find something within a few weeks of being there! I really enjoy my job at Rexburg Motorsports and I’m sad to leave such a fun environment. Rosie loves RMS, too!
What I ate for dinner last night: We had a pot roast in the slowcooker with potatoes, onions, carrots and asparagus, slow cooked for nine hours to perfect tenderness! YUM YUM YUM!
What I’m craving: I’m craving m&m’s and country fair kettle corn. My sweet tooth is really nagging at me since I’ve been trying to cut back on them.
What else is new: It’s almost the end of February and that means it’s almost the end of my soda fast! I can’t wait to crack open a cold can of Barq’s on Sunday! Which reminds me of that time Dustin spent 50 dollars to send me 11 cans of Barq’s root beer in China. (The Chinese do not believe in root beer). He had to wrap each can in paper towels and put them individually in zip-lock bags in order for the postal service to ship them to me. It was by far the best package I have ever received. 
What I’m currently reading: I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t have five books going on at once. I’m in the middle of Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Lani Taylor, finishing up Black Moon by Kenneth Callhoun, just starting The Infinite Moment of Us by Lauren Myracle and trying to get to Is Everyone Hanging out Without Me by Mindy Kalling.
