Throughout the absolute chaos of our move last month, the one thing that kept me sane and kept me going was the thought of Moab. I just had to get through the move and then we would be back in Moab, enjoying the beautiful outdoors and experiencing views that one can only see when you have a Jeep. If you're here, you might not know that my husband and I are very passionate Jeep-ers. We own a 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport (AKA, a Jeep XJ) that we lovingly named Dinah and we've been working on building her into a dedicated off-road vehicle for almost two years now. We work tirelessly to save up for new parts and modifications and Dustin spends every free night he has in the . . .
Oh hey there. I know it's been nothing but radio silence for a while, but I'm alive and well. I'm slowly getting my feet underneath me, getting my life organized and figuring out where I'm going and what I want to accomplish with this space during the summer. I'm so glad things are slowing down enough for me to get back to writing and creating content here. The last few weeks/months have been filled with various forms of chaos and I just didn't have the time or energy to invest in HTC. Honestly, I had taken on so many fun (but somewhat exhausting) sponsored projects and collaborations in the first quarter of the year that I was absolutely exhausted and burnt out. . . .

Not only did we sell our house and buy a new one, but we were handed quite the challenge with the process when the sellers pushed back our closing date, essentially making us homeless for three days. I'll save the details of that story for another time, but we finally got the keys to our new home last week and moved in as fast as possible before packing up again for our annual Moab Jeep trip. We're home now and FINALLY getting settled and organized and unpacked and helping our dogs get adjusted to their new digs. Teddy and Rosie are still a . . .

I'm writing this as the buyers of our home do their final walk-thru and the day before we close on both our current home and our new one. Holy. Smokes. It's been a crazy couple weeks, I'm telling you. This isn't my first time around the block in terms of moving. In fact, this will be my 7th move in our six years of marriage, so I'd like to think that we're pretty knowledgable when it comes to packing up our lives and moving them to a new place. Minus the actual process of selling our house (which was new to us this time around, and definitely comes with its own bundle of . . .

One year ago, I announced my partnership with Just Right by Purina and made the switch to put both of my sweet doggos on their personalized dog food. Today, I'm so honored and excited to say that we're continuing on with our partnership and both Teddy & Rosie will continue to eat their personalized kibble from Just Right by Purina that they are madly obsessed with and both love. If you are new around here, you might not know that we are THOSE dog people. We refer to Rosie and Teddy as our babies, refer to each other . . .
